SHIPPING POLICY

1.What shipping methods are available at our company

our company products are shipped from our location wearhouse via UPS or USPS with free, unless specified otherwise as a drop shipment. it will need 4-7business days.

our company/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS SurePost (2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping does not apply)

2. When will my order ship?

our company shipping time includes processing and transit time. Any orders placed during business hours prior to noon Central Time will be shipped same day or next day, and orders processed after 12 PM will process within two business days.

Large items (LTL freight) may take extra time to ship due to these restrictions. Please allow up to 10 business days to ship these items.

Please Note: Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Federal holidays within the United States, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas, and New Years Day.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The following applies:

UPS or USPS tracking information will be provided for standard shipping

UPS tracking information will be provided for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping

Old Dominion Freight Line tracking information will be provided for oversized and overweight items, such as exercise equipment

FedEx or UPS tracking information will be provided for ammunition

Drop ship orders shipped directly from the vendor may receive tracking from a different shipping provider

4. What if I didn’t receive my order?

On occasion, we will have a package returned to us as undeliverable. In such circumstances, the following applies:

We will attempt to notify you via email or phone of the delivery failure and make an attempt to ship a replacement.

If we are unable to reach you, your order will be refunded in full. If you feel an order may have been deemed undeliverable, you should be notified of its status as soon as possible in order for us to assist you.

If your item is stolen or damaged, please contact our our company customer service team and we will file a claim with the carrier.

5. Can I cancel my order?

We are usually unable to cancel an order once it is placed. In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, processing begins right away. If it has been less than 30 minutes since your order was submitted, you may contact our customer service team for a cancellation inquiry—however, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
